I graduated from the Department of English Teaching at Hasan Kalyoncu University Faculty of Education with a full scholarship. During my undergraduate studies, making in-class presentations, participating in projects as a group or individually improved my self-motivation and communication skills, enabled me to create an interesting learning environment, take responsibility and fulfill it by taking into account individual differences. I am a solution-oriented and work-finishing person, so I often guided my teammates in group work, organized them, and became the team president. I believe that I am good at expressing myself and a situation, which is why I have been in situations where I have been a speaker on behalf of the community. I participated in speaking events at my school as part of the ELT CLUB. Before graduating, I worked as an EFL teacher at ChitChat English Course & Cafe to improve my English in career and personal terms. I have also conducted private English lessons online and face-to-face. Currently I’ve been teaching English for secondary schoolers. These experiences have allowed me to develop my skills and learn to be able to produce something. My personality, which is prone to learning and teaching new things, together with my strong communication skills, makes me an approachable person. I think these qualities of mine, combined with my work and social life experience, make me an important part of a team. In addition to my identity as an educator, I am a good and fast-learning student and can adapt quickly to new situations. I would like to state that I am willing to adapt and contribute to this position.
