During lessons, I don’t necessarily stick to grammar and strict rules; I enjoy encouraging students to communicate openly and, through speaking and using the language, to train themselves to think in English. I also use a textbook in PDF format, which I share with students during the lessons. I also believe that students have the right to free additional consultations, where I can further explain the lesson or help with homework (which I personally assign after each completed lesson). Additionally, I believe that everyone should have their own learning pace, and as a teacher, it’s my responsibility to adapt to it.
