As an experienced English teacher, I specialise in preparing students for several English proficiency exams, including IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, PET, and FCE. My teaching approach is tAn educator must understandudent, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all exam components.
For IELTS, TOEFL, and PTE, I focus on the four key skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. My lessons incorporate practical strategies for each section, such as time management, skimming and scanning techniques for reading, effective note-taking for listening, and structuring essays for writing. Speaking practice is emphasised through simulated test scenarios, helping students build confidence and fluency.
In addition to exam preparation, I offer Business English and General English lessons. Business English classes are designed to enhance professional communication skills, covering topics such as presentations, negotiations, email writing, and business vocabulary. Real-world business scenarios and case studies are used to provide relevant and practical learning experiences.
General English lessons focus on improving overall language proficiency, covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills. These classes are dynamic and interactive, incorporating various activities like role-playing, group discussions, and multimedia resources to make learning enjoyable and effective.
