Fuat Mehmedi

I studied at Akçadag Anatolian Teacher High School between Then, I successfully completed the Department of Classroom Teaching at Istanbul University Hasan Ali Yücel Faculty of Education, Department of Primary Education, which I started in Immediately after graduation, I completed a 6-month internship program in the field of Special Education. I was appointed as a permanent teacher in February 2012 and worked as a classroom teacher and administrator in various schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education. During this time, I completed a bachelor's degree in Sociology at Anadolu University Open Education Faculty. I was entitled to receive a Family Counseling certificate from the Ministry of National Education after a 6-month training. In short, 29 years of my 34-year life were spent actively in education and training processes. At the end of my 14 years of active teaching life, I registered to this platform to evaluate my experiences in different fields.

What this 29-year adventure has brought me is that the teacher and the student are equally active actors in the learning process rather than a hierarchical position. The most exciting outcome of the teaching process is that the cognitive and physical experience created by this mutual situation has the capacity to transform both objects. This situation offers great opportunities for the student to realize himself as a subject at every stage of this process. Each individual's learning style differs like fingerprints.

The student's readiness level and learning motivation determine the entire process and content. When planning our lessons, we aim to carry out the process with a plan that fully suits the student's wishes and needs, rather than a standard program, and to create an environment where the student will benefit from maximum benefit.

Especially in a field that requires complex cognitive, social and psychological skills, such as language learning, all stakeholders must work devotedly in order for a dynamically structured process to succeed.
