I have taught English to various age groups and proficiency levels, both in-person and
online. I have designed and implemented educational programs tailored to students'
individual needs, focusing on their learning goals and progress. I monitored student
advancement closely, providing regular feedback and adjusting teaching strategies as
necessary to ensure continuous improvement. By utilizing innovative teaching
techniques, I created interactive and engaging lessons, ensuring that students were not
only learning but enjoying the process. Additionally, I prepared students for a variety of
English proficiency exams, including YDS(Foreign Language Examination), YOKDIL
and YDT, both in one-on-one and group settings. I prioritized student satisfaction by
developing personalized development plans and maintaining effective classroom
management. Throughout my career, I have worked collaboratively with colleagues to
foster a positive and productive teaching environment. I have always represented my
institutions professionally, upholding their culture and values, while emphasizing
discipline, strong work ethic, and clear communication in every teaching activity.
