I prioritize fostering an inclusive and differentiated classroom environment, acting within an ethical and professional framework, and taking a compassionate and helpful approach. I encourage my students to improve not only their speaking and other language skills but also their critical and analytical thinking skills. I design student-centered lessons where I act as a guide and monitor while the student actively engages with the material. My lessons incorporate a variety of teaching methodologies, including communicative and task-based approaches, to ensure that students develop both linguistic competence and confidence. All in all, I strive to create a dynamic, supportive and motivating learning environment where students feel encouraged to take risks, ask questions, and actively participate in their language development.
