Dear expert committee, I am Roua Rahali, 23 years old Tunisian. I studied and graduated from Gabes University's educational science department in June 2023. Then, I got accepted by the Turkish government scholarship. I am currently pursuing my master's in curriculum and instruction at Gazi University, Ankara. The reason behind my choosing this profession is of course my love for children but mostly, my dedication to a better life, spreading hope, and sowing ambition into young minds. With a faithful soul, I continue to flare what I once lacked, being bullied, body-shamed, and laughed at weren't my best memories at school, so by doing this, I am proving to the world, including myself, that school could be heaven if the right persons were chosen to do the right thing. After becoming a "behavior-shaping engineer", I decided to bring my vision into reality, so I started working for Türk Amerikan Derneği in Ankara alongside my studies, I was assigned to teach English in kindergartens. Then I applied for Berlitz because I wanted diversion and sought to discover different curriculums and methods, and here I am applying for the same reason. Berlitz had its method and I was assigned to teach English online, which was a new experience that added so much to me. This indicates that my English level is considerably respected, which was self-taught through online lessons such as moocs. As for Turkish, I obtained my C1 certificate after studying for 1 semester at Gazi Tömer. I also speak French and my mother tongue is Arabic. Some of my other skills are office skills, effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
