Hello everyone, my name is Melis. While Turkish is my native language, I'm also passionate about teaching languages to others.

I've always loved exploring different cultures and finding ways to connect with people across borders. This led me to study German Language Education at university in Bursa.
My lessons incorporate a variety of interactive methods including role plays, games, projects and multimedia. I focus on real-life conversations and cultural understanding, not just memorization.

Each student who takes lessons with me receives a personalized curriculum based on their goals and current proficiency level. I believe strongly in assessing needs and building upon existing skills.

My lessons follow a consistent routine to provide structure, while maintaining flexibility depending on our pace and progress each session. We typically begin with a quick review of the previous material through conversation practice. Then I introduce new vocabulary and grammatical concepts through visual aids, examples and interactive activities.

A core part of my approach involves engaging in dialogue to apply the new structures in a realistic way. I encourage students to see mistakes as learning opportunities and try out speaking without worrying about perfection. With time, confidence and fluency will grow naturally.

Lesson Structure: Each lesson is tailored to the student's goals but generally includes:

Review of previous material
New vocabulary and grammar introduction
Interactive speaking practice
Cultural enrichment activity
Homework and questions Lessons are offered in 1-hour timeslots via video call.
